This Privacy Policy describes how Hipo Bilişim Teknolojileri ve Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Brik”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information through our mobile application available on iOS and Android platforms.

Information We Collect and Use

We collect limited user and device data to support core functionalities and improve user experience:

  • Device Information: We collect technical data such as device ID, session duration, and feature usage patterns for analytics and performance improvement.
  • User Information: To create a user account, we collect:
    • Full name
    • Mobile phone number

The phone number is used for identity verification via SMS code (two-factor authentication) and, where your employer uses Brik surveys or training assignments, to send you related notifications via WhatsApp (see WhatsApp Notifications below). We do not sell this data.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, or disclose any personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data may only be shared in the following exceptional cases:

  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To enforce our terms and protect rights
  • With service providers who are contractually bound to protect user data and use it solely on our behalf

WhatsApp Notifications

Your employer, as a Brik customer, may share your mobile phone number with us so that we can notify you about training and surveys assigned to you. We use your number only to send these notifications on your employer's behalf, never for marketing. Notifications are delivered through WhatsApp Business, a service of Meta Platforms, so your phone number and the message content may be processed by Meta on servers outside Türkiye. If you do not want to receive these notifications, contact us at support@onbrik.com.

Location Data

We do not collect or process any information related to your geographical location.

Advertising and Third-Party Access

  • The Application does not use or integrate with any advertising SDKs.
  • No personal or usage data is shared with advertising companies.

Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, and misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

As a user, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to certain processing activities
